Privacy

We want to know whether the site is easy to use, so we measure a few things, anonymously:

• Which pages are viewed, how far you scroll and what you tap (for example picking a drink or tapping “Order now”).
• Some visits are recorded as replays so we can see what confuses people. Every input field is masked.
• Page speed and technical errors.

We do not use cookies, know who you are or sell data. While you browse, your browser keeps only a random id in this tab so the pages you open count as one visit; it is deleted when you close the tab.

If your browser sends “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control”, the site loads no measurement tool at all.

Tool: PostHog, through hophoptea.com’s own server. When you order, GrabFood (or the app you choose) applies its own policy.
